  • In other times the following shipping rates apply:
  • Flat rate International shipping of 10 or 15 USD depending on the destination via DHL Express or FedEX.
  • Free International shipping on all orders over 200 USD.
  • Standard delivery time is 2 - 10 business days.
  • Full price items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days upon delivery. 
  • In case of return or an exchange, please email us within 14 days after receiving your order. Do not mail your return before hearing back from us first.

Shipping Cost, Timeline and Delivery

 

All orders (excluding on-demand ones) are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Balinese/Indonesian holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We ship from Bali, Indonesia and work within the UTC +8hrs timezone.
In case your order includes an on-demand or backordered item, the whole order will ship once that item is ready to ship - usually within 2-4 weeks. If you prefer the items to be shipped separately, please make two separate purchases; one for ready stock items that are ready to ship and another one for the on-demand order items.
 
We offer affordable flat rate shipping on all our International orders:
  • Flat rate of 10 USD to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, South Korea.
  • Flat rate of 15 USD to the rest of the World.
  • Orders over 200 USD have free worldwide shipping.
  • All orders within Indonesia have free shipping via JNE.
  • All our International orders are shipped via DHL or Fedex.
  • Please do not ship any returns back before first getting in touch with us.

 

Delivery takes usually 2 - 8 working days from the dispatch. Neither Wayla The Line nor the shipping carrier is liable for any delay to estimated shipping timeline.

Estimated arrival time from the shipment day:

  • United States: 3 - 5 business days
  • Canada: 3 - 5 business days
  • Europe: 3 - 5 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 3 - 5 business days
  • The rest of the world: 3 - 8 business days

 

Neither DHL or FedEx ship to P.O. boxes, APO & FPO. Please use an alternate shipping address instead.  

Both DHL and FedEx have suspended their shipments to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus due to safety concerns for their employees at this time. Shipments are also not currently available to the following destinations: Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte Island, Myanmar (Burma), Nauru, Nieu, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Torne & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St Helena (S. Atlantic), Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Republic of Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, Republic of Yemen.

Depending on your local courier the parcel may require signature upon delivery. Please use an address where recipient may sign on arrival. You may nominate someone to sign and accept the parcel if the recipient is not personally available to receive it. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave an attempted delivery card with instructions on how to claim your parcel. Wayla The Line is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

 

Taxes and Duties

Your order may be subject to your country's specific import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Wayla The Line has no liability for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

For more information on custom duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

Shipping fees nor taxes will not be refunded if the package is refused due to custom import duties and/or taxes.

 

Checking Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to check the shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please do the following: 

  • Check the up to date tracking information with the tracking number.
  • Make sure all the delivery information is correct.
  • See if you have received any delivery notification or an attempted delivery card.
  • Check if the courier has left the parcel in any protected area within shipping location.

If you still can't locate the parcel please contact us at support@waylatheline.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

 

You have 30 days after receiving your order to ship the return.

If you wish to make a return or an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@waylatheline.com. Please include your name and your address and the e-mail that were on the order as well as your order confirmation number. Please include explanation of which item(s) you would like to return and why.

We do not accept returns on special offers nor sale / discounted items.

We also do not accept returns on intimates including bodysuits.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in its original condition including the packaging. If the item is used, washed or damaged we can not accept a refund.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the parcel. 

You have 30 days after receiving your order to ship the return.

Shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Customer is responsible for any damage incurred to the item during return shipment. 

Do not return any item to us without first receiving confirmation email that your return has been accepted.

As a small business aiming for sustainability we try to minimize returns due to incorrect size. To make well informed and considered purchase choice please carefully review our Size Guide and measure yourself before placing your order. Refunds / Exchanges

 

All our items are carefully crafted and quality controlled by human hands and eyes and even we aim to offer high quality, sometimes mistakes can happen. If you find any issue with your ordered item and wish to get return or exchange it please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@waylatheline.com.  

Please explain the issue clearly and send us photos or a video of the item's condition. Please include your name and your address and the e-mail that was used on the order as well as your order confirmation number. As a small business we address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the parcel.

Do not return any item to us without first receiving confirmation email that your return has been accepted.
